To enable us to quickly share information amongst volunteers in a secure way we have a Volunteers WhatsApp group. Once registered, an invite link will be sent to volunteers to chose whether to join this group and have their information shared.

We use the information that you have given us in order to process your registration or acknowledge your support of the event with your permission. We will not share this information unless required to do so for statutory or legal reasons. Unless we are given consent to keep your details for future events, we will keep your name, address, email and phone details for 6 months or until the current festival is over (whichever is longer). We will then dispose of your information by deleting all data from our system we are allowed by law to remove.
